If you violate any of the following rules you will be ejected and or banned following an administrative warning.   This Sim is meant to give a feeling of realism and positivity to all. This city is open to all human races and ethnic backgrounds

DEFINITION - What is RP?

Role-play (RP) is an activity which requires players to assume roles of fictional characters and collaboratively create stories. You determine your own actions, free to improvise your way through the story while taking into consideration the RP guidelines and Sim rules. Your choices during role-play shape the direction and outcome of the story and your character.   

SIM RULES

- All Residents Must Register On The Web Site http://cityofdublin.webs.com/

- Use Your Best Judgment and be mature about your actions and written/verbal speech.

- No flying allowed.

- Avatars must be clothed at all times unless in their homes

- Child avatars (12 or younger) must be accompanied by a parent.

- No Racism and no hateful speech absolutely never.

-there will be no groups made unless it is approved by The Dexler’s!

- Respect At All Times To everyone on the Sim Is a Must.

-You must wear the health meter provided to you at all times while on Sim

- No Power-gaming, Editing cars that is flipped or crashed into something. You must dial 911 and seek emergency help.

No Self-Healing, You have to dial 911 in Main RP group.

 

-FIRE ARMS

 Residents and visitors are limited to two handguns, and must be carried openly in holster, or strapped to your waist or leg, unless the weapon is concealed. If the weapon is concealed you must get a permit from the Court, failure to comply will lead to disciplinary actions

-No automatic guns are allowed Semi Guns Only.

- No Explosives (BOMBs) Of Any kind are to be used This Will Lag the Sim

-VEHICLES

  No vehicles are permitted to display light-bars and/or markings designating them as emergency, estate or other vehicles normally bearing markings in RL unless authorized by estate management.  The use of military or futuristic vehicles is forbidden unless authorized by estate management.  This includes vehicles that are deemed as not roadworthy, or toy vehicles. Only 1 vehicle per citizen will be allowed to be razzed at any given time. We recommend the following vehicle manufacturers: MCC ACCC GEMC Lusch Motors Syzm Motors Astaro Motors Pro Street. RESIDENTS OR VISITORS MUST HAVE A DRIVERS ID. Aircraft ARE allowed only by ems, fire, or police

 

R Ping with police, Fire, EMS, and other City Public Workers

You must accept Any and ALL Animations sent to you by the officer.

You may not steal and PD car or anything from the car.

If you are being pulled over you can either pull over or Run BUT you cannot run in Crazy speeds. Keep it Realistic.

Do not walk out of a Police RP unless an Ad min or higher Voided the RP.

Fires

-“Random” fires are okay with us, but please contact an ONLINE fire department group member before “razzing” Fire   Non- Spreading Tredpro Fires Only

 

DISCIPLINARY   SYSTEM

Depending on the rule you break the system of warnings may as follow.

(All visitors that Are Permit Ban Can Seek the Court System for Appeal)

 

 - Verbal and/or Written Warnings-Arrest - Ejection from Sim - Bans (24 hour, 72 hour, or Permanent Ban.)

 

-HARASSMENT

Whether it is Bashing, Stalking, Yelling, Threatening, or extreme negativity in Out of Character terms, these are all punishable by a warning, temporary, or even permanent ban.

Reports will be investigated by Officials

-RENTAL SYSTEM

The Dexler’s reserves the right to reject any request for rental.

- REFUND POLICY:

There are NO REFUNDS for unused time if you decide to move before your rent has expired.

 

CUSTOMS

Re - texture your home for free on the first time. If you wish for a second re-texture it`s A. fee 100L

You are not allowed to be in a resident home without permission. If you or any of your guests are found trespassing, you will be banned and your items will be returned to you No Refund.

Management checks prims daily, if you are found over your prim count on a regular basis, management will not renew your lease. If you are over, management will send you a Note Card.

FRIEND PRIM DROPS:

If you wish your friend or relative to drop items in your home they must:

1. Be a resident of the City

2. Name must appear on the land description. Failure to comply and items will be returned to the individual.

 

SECURITY ALARMS:

 Security Alarms are welcomed but not needed.  Management lives on property as well as Police Officers patrols.

PETS:

Each home is allowed two pets’ dog or cat, no pets that reproduce or multiply.
